Dutch artist Noble is stepping confidently into a new era with the release of her latest single, “Ugly Heart,” a vibrant country anthem that blends infectious energy with a powerful message of self-worth. Released on May 8, her dreamy country-folk single “chasing space” served as the first glimpse into this exciting new chapter. The song introduced listeners to a warmer, more organic sound inspired by artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Shania Twain, and Ella Langley. Now, with “Ugly Heart,” Noble expands on that foundation by delivering a bold, empowering statement wrapped in a lively three-minute-and-three-second package.

Created alongside producer Paul Aiden, the song emerged from a blank-canvas writing session that quickly took on a life of its own. Inspired in part by Louis Theroux’s documentary The Manosphere, “Ugly Heart” addresses toxic behavior, superficial values, and performative masculinity.
