Erika Weber built every song from two and a half years of her life

There is a saying about deciding the direction of your life, and the album “Love It Or Lose It” is the epitome of that. It’s the notion of accepting her as she is, or being shut out of her life altogether.
For Erika Weber, the people who are consistently showing up for her are the ones that have a permanent place in her life. Based off of the last two and half years of her life, she explores the ups and downs of romantic relationships, her self worth and the strength that she gains from her friendships. Each song dives into one particular moment or experience within that two and a half years.
It’s moments that show how she sees herself now, the ins and outs of life in your mid-twenties, from love and loss to growth and self doubt, or simply what she calls “pure self expression.” Sometimes it’s full of uncertainty and other times it’s filled with hope, but through it all, it’s her friends that keep her grounded and remind her, in her words, that “who you are is more than enough.”
The artwork captures the rollercoaster of moods from song to song, illustrating the different sides of a person that they may put out in public, even if their feelings are different privately.
“Love It Or Lose It” is out now, having come out on 25 September 2026.
